INSPECTION DATES & TIMES: Sunday, DEC. 7 from 3:00 to 6:00 PM and Wednesday, DEC. 10 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM. These are the ONLY in person Inspection times. LOCATION: 205 Barrus Street, Pollocksville, NC. - On Hwy 17 in Pollocksville, approx. 1/2 mile south of Trent River bridge, turn East on Barrus Street - WATCH FOR SIGNS.

There are 5 separate Catalogs in this Auction, each with different Closing Times. Catalog # 1, 2, 3 & 4 will begin closing at 6:00, 6:30, 7:00 & 7:30 PM Eastern respectively, subject to the "AUTO-EXTENDED - EXTEND ALL BIDDING" Feature (See Lot # 6 below). Catalog # 5 with Lots # 410 to 620 will begin closing at 8:00 PM with the Auto Extended Feature on an individual Lot (item) basis, NOT the "Extend All Feature". Catalog # 5 Lots will close at the rate of 25 Lots every ten (10) minutes, with "Auto Extended Bidding" on individual Lots. Be sure to look through ALL 5 Catalogs.

When any item in a specific catalog is bid on in the LAST 5 minutes of the auction, then bidding for ALL items in that specific catalog is extended for 5 minutes, thus the name "EXTEND ALL". HAC reserves the right to reduce the Auto Extend Bidding Period.

Saturday, DEC. 13 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Sunday, DEC. 14 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM ONLY. PLEASE NOTE: We will not be responsible for loading or assisting in loading during the pick-up / checkout period. Please make sure you bring the necessary people, tools and any equipment to help you load. NOTE: There will be LIMITED loading assistance provided with a forklift operated by Sellers agent on Saturday, December 13 ONLY for loading the tractor implements and shop equipment only.
